We are looking for an experienced Harvesting Supervisor to join our team in the Industrial Plantation Forest (HTI) sector.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in HTI harvesting
  • Ability to supervise and ensure harvesting activities run according to operational standards
  • Skilled in managing field teams to achieve production targets
  • Strong understanding of harvest quality and operational efficiency
  • Experience in mechanization will be considered a strong advantage
  • Results-oriented, detail-focused, and committed to workplace safety
  • Strong leadership and coordination skills
  • Willing be placed in Tanjung Jabung Barat, Jambi (Remote Area)
