Area Service Manager

- Bertanggung jawab atas aktivitas pelayanan terhadap customer di Area yang menjadi tanggung jawabnya, telah dilakukan sesuai standard service, regulasi dan kebijakan yang berlaku termasuk hal-hal terkait implementasi Program Anti Pencucian Uang Pencegahan Pendanaan Terorisme (APU PPT).
- Mengindentifikasi nasabah potensial yang dapat di-refer ke bisnis (segment) lain dan memastikan proses referral/cross-sell berjalan dengan baik.
- Melakukan review terhadap jenis transaksi, tipe nasabah, proses kerja yang terkait dengan service excellence & pencapaian target bisnis.
- Sebagai Fasilitator/Person In Charge (PIC) pada sesi sosialisasi/refreshment yang diadakan untuk anggota tim, dalam memberikan pemahaman yang baik terkait service excellent dan product knowledge agar dapat memberikan pelayanan yang maksimal kepada nasabah.
- Melakukan pengelolaan biaya operasional, yang efektif dan efisien, serta memantau penggunakaan biaya agar tidak melebihi budget yang telah ditetapkan
- Melakukan pengawasan secara menyeluruh atas aktivitas pelayanan day to day yang dilakukan oleh anggota tim di Area yang menjadi tanggung jawabnya.
