Job Title: Service Pre-Sales Executive

Location: Bintan, Indonesia

Direct Manager: Global Operation Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Generate Sales Quotation using company software.
  • Use system data to proactively contact accounts for annual preventive maintenance.
  • Closely monitor opportunities and quotations to ensure success.
  • Accurate and timely response to customer requests (requests for quotes, service information).
  • Source quotations from respective vendors.
  • Proactively build and maintain a strong working relationship with customer accounts.
  • Proactively build and maintain a strong working knowledge of services.
  • Use the systems and data to produce reports when necessary.
  • May be required to identify and recommend improvements to sales administration processes.
  • Meet individual and team KPIs & targets.

The Ideal Candidate Would Possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in any major
  • Good in spoken and written English is a must, Good in spoken and written Mandarin is a plus.
  • Candidates with experience in handling paperwork and achieving customer satisfaction preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office like MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
  • Good attitude and shows responsibility.
  • Understanding of production and marketing techniques, including production processes and sales analysis.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Willing to work on-site in Bintan, Kep. Riau.
