Requirements:

  1. At least 3-5 years experience in Presales position, especially in IT Consulting industry

  2. Minimum Bachelor's Degree majoring in Information Technology, Information System, Computer

Science, or related major

  1. Deep knowledge in IT Governance Risk & Compliance, IT Service Management, and Cyber Security

  2. Capable on developing and presenting technical solutions for client

  3. Experienced on developing technical proposal, demonstrating products, and compiling Proof of

Concept (PoC)

  1. Excellent communication skills with strong presentation skills

  2. Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, and capable on working under pressure

and schedules

  1. Having valid certification in IT Governance, IT Service Management, Cyber Security, or Project

Management (ex. COBIT, ITIL, ISO27001, etc) will be an advantage

Job Description:

  1. Working with Sales team to identify client technical needs and compiling optimal IT solutions

  2. Offering technical consultation throughout selling process, including technical presentation and

answering client's technical questions

  1. Acting as a bridge between clients and internal technical development team to assure the solutions

are suitable for the business

  1. Managing and compiling technical documents, including technical proposal, product

specifications, and Proof of Concept (PoC) for IT solutions

  1. Performing administration for presales activities

  2. Following technology developments and giving innovative solutions for clients

Additional Notes:


• If possible, someone at the same level or with experience as an IT Consultant who is an expert or

certified in one or more of the following: COBIT 2019, ITIL v4, ISO 27001, ISO 20000, NIST,

Penetration Testing, etc.
