Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in
    Information Technology, Information Systems, or Computer Science
    from a reputable university.
  • 3–5 years of experience
    as a Presales Consultant or IT Consultant, preferably in the IT consulting industry.

  • Strong knowledge in:

  • IT Governance, Risk & Compliance (COBIT, ISO 27001, NIST)

  • IT Service Management (ITIL, ISO 20000)

  • Cyber Security and Information Security Management

  • Skilled in preparing technical proposals, delivering presentations, and developing PoC solutions.

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Holding certifications such as
    COBIT 2019, ITIL v4, ISO 27001, or Project Management (PMP/PRINCE2)
    is an advantage.

Key Responsibility

  • Collaborate with the Sales team to identify clients' technical needs and design suitable IT solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver
    technical proposals
    ,
    product demonstrations
    , and
    Proof of Concepts (PoC)
    .
  • Provide
    technical consultation
    throughout the sales process and respond to clients' technical inquiries.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal technical teams to ensure solutions are effectively implemented.
  • Manage presales documentation including proposals, product specifications, and administrative support.
  • Stay updated with the latest technology trends and offer innovative solutions to clients.
