About the Role

PT TUV NORD Indonesia is seeking an experienced
Integrated Management System (IMS) Auditor
specializing in
Environmental and Occupational Health
to join our System Certification Division. This role involves conducting professional audits, evaluations, and assessments for management systems related to
ISO Environmental Management System)
and
ISO Occupational Health and Safety Management System)
.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in manufacturing or consulting environments, with solid technical knowledge and a commitment to promoting sustainability and workplace safety across industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, conduct, and report
    ISO 14001
    and
    ISO 45001
    certification audits in accordance with international and internal standards.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of clients' environmental and occupational health management systems.
  • Assess compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational requirements related to environmental and safety performance.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting findings, best practices, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with technical reviewers and certification teams to ensure high-quality audit delivery.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of environmental and occupational safety regulations.
  • Support training and awareness programs related to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 where applicable.
  • Represent the organization with professionalism and integrity during client engagements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
    in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience
    , preferably in manufacturing or consulting sectors.
  • Certified
    Lead Auditor
    for
    ISO 14001
    and
    ISO 45001
    (IRCA/PECB accredited preferred).
  • Familiar with environmental impact assessment, risk management, and sustainability reporting.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and report-writing skills.
  • Proficient in
    English and Bahasa Indonesia
    (spoken and written).
  • Willingness to travel for audit assignments across Indonesia.
