Integration Support Officer

- System Integration: Connecting various systems and applications to ensure smooth data flow and operational processes up to the live launch stage.
- API Implementation: Acting as an information bridge in API development for data integration between systems, and overseeing the API implementation process across platforms.
- Testing and Validation: Ped aline: in pole orton integration process to ensure data accuracy
- Documentation: Creating technical documentation for all integration activities, including data flow and reporting collaboration
- Collaboration: Working closely with teams, including products, developers, sales, business development, and other stakeholders to support successful system integration.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field
- 1-2 years of professional experience in system integration or a similar role
- Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply
- Basic understanding of system integration and API implementations.
- Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.
- Knowledge of databases and SQL.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and proactive attitude.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
