Job Description:

  • Responsible to designing, analyzing, updating payroll Management & Calculation
  • Update system with current regulation in Indonesia
  • Responsible for requirement gathering, business process analysis and the synthesis of information gathered into a Business Application Software Design.
  • Responsible to implement software as user's requirement, UAT & go live system, and maintenance
  • Proactive maintenance and corrective action as Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • Work with sales to do product demonstration and Proof of Concept to clients

Requirement :

  • Candidate must have :

  • Bachelor's Degree or above.

  • Minimum 3 Year of working experience in ERP/HR Implementation, Data Migration and Testing (SIT/UAT).
  • Good speaking and writing skills in English.
  • Professional  knowledge in HR/Payroll.
  • Strong analytical ability.
  • Time manage and communication skills with clients and team members.
