Role Description

We are seeking a full-time HCM Implementation Consultant to join our team in Jakarta. In this on-site role, the consultant will lead the implementation of HCM software for clients, ensuring successful deployment and configuration in alignment with their business needs. Key responsibilities include providing consulting services, managing the end-to-end implementation process, analyzing client requirements, and offering robust post-implementation support to ensure client satisfaction and system efficacy. The consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality and impactful solutions.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills for understanding client requirements and problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in consulting and providing tailored solutions to meet diverse organizational needs.
  • Experience in software implementation and project implementation, with a focus on HCM or similar systems.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey insights and work collaboratively with team members and clients.
  • Adept at time management, organization, and multitasking in a dynamic work environment.
  • Professional certifications or familiarity with HCM platforms and systems are a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience in the HR tech space will be advantageous.
