Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Admissions Consultant based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Counselor Admin will be responsible for assisting in education counseling processes, maintaining student records, coordinating administrative tasks, and handling communication with partner institutions and prospective students. The role also includes scheduling appointments, supporting the preparation of application documents, and providing accurate information about overseas education opportunities to clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills for managing records and maintaining schedules.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with students, parents, and partner institutions.
  • Knowledge of international education systems, study destination requirements, and application processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other tools for document preparation and data management.
  • Attention to detail, time management abilities, and capability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field is welcome.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian is essential, and additional language skills are an advantage.
  • Customer-focused mindset with enthusiasm for helping students achieve their educational goals.
