About the Role

PT TUV NORD Indonesia is seeking an experienced and professional
Integrated Management System (IMS) Lead Auditor
to join our System Certification Division. This position is responsible for conducting audits, training, and client engagements related to
ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 37001
.

The ideal candidate is someone with a strong background in engineering and manufacturing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver professional presentations and training sessions to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, conduct, and report audits for Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO
  • Evaluate the implementation and effectiveness of management systems in accordance with international standards and organizational objectives.
  • Prepare clear and accurate audit reports, highlighting findings, strengths, and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct training sessions and presentations related to management systems and continual improvement.
  • Support clients in understanding certification requirements and best practices in quality, environment, health & safety, and anti-bribery management systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure audit quality and consistency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
    , preferably
    Industrial, Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
    .
  • Certified
    Lead Auditor
    for ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 / ISO
    IRCA or PECB accredited
    ).
  • Minimum
    4 years of work experience
    in the manufacturing industry, preferably in quality, HSE, or compliance-related roles.
  • Strong understanding of management system implementation and audit methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and report-writing skills in
    English and Bahasa Indonesia
    .
  • Skilled in
    training delivery and public presentation
    .
  • High integrity, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel for audit assignments.
