The Role

We are seeking a Head of Marketing to lead the company's brand, growth, and consumer acquisition strategy. This is a senior leadership role with end-to-end responsibility for marketing performance across digital and offline channels.

Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will shape marketing direction, lead a high-performing team, and work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver measurable impact.

Job Description:

  • Define and execute the overall marketing and brand strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead and develop cross-functional teams covering branding, creative, digital marketing, and offline activation.
  • Drive consumer acquisition strategies across owned platforms, apps, and third-party channels.
  • Partner with senior management and provide regular reporting on key marketing and growth metrics.
  • Manage and optimize relationships with external agencies to ensure effective execution and brand consistency.
  • Develop compelling content and campaigns that resonate with target audiences across multiple platforms.
  • Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
  • Leverage data and analytics to measure performance and continuously optimise campaigns.
  • Ensure marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and brand governance standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • 8–10+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles within technology, digital platforms, or consumer internet businesses.
  • Strong understanding of digital-first consumer acquisition, brand building, and performance marketing.
  • Proven experience leading and scaling multidisciplinary marketing teams.
  • Track record of partnering effectively with senior executives and external agencies.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to balance creativity and commercial outcomes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing regulations and best practices in Indonesia.
