Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab :

1. Memiliki kemampuan yang baik dalam Analytical & Problem-Solving Mindset

- Mampu mengidentifikasi akar permasalahan dari isu produksi atau packaging dengan pendekatan data dan observasi lapangan.

- Mampu mengusulkan solusi praktis yang bisa diterapkan lintas departemen, proaktif dalam memastikan timeline dan hasil sesuai target.

2. Kemampuan kemampuan koordinasi yang kuat

- Mempunyai kemampuan menjembatani komunikasi antara tim Packaging Development, Produksi, Engineering, Procurement, dan Supplier.

- Mempunyai people skill dengan tetap asertif dan solutif.

3. Cepat dalam pengambilan keputusan operasional

- Mampu mengambil keputusan cepat untuk kasus-kasus teknis sederhana.

- Terbiasa menimbang risiko dengan pendekatan logis dan efisien.

4. Memiliki Pemahaman yang baik mengenai proses trial produksi dan spesifikasi material kemasan

- Mengetahui alur dan parameter uji coba produksi (functional test, vacuum/transportation test, sealing, filling, dsb).

- Memahami karakteristik material kemasan (PP, PET, HDPE, Tube, Cap, Label, Shrink, dll) serta hubungannya terhadap kualitas produk akhir.

5. Kelebihan tambahan (nice to have):

- Pengalaman di industri beauty / personal care packaging minimal 2 tahun.

- Familiar dengan komunikasi ke supplier dan manajemen perubahan spesifikasi (change control).

Kualifikasi :

  1. Pendidikan D3/S1 Teknik Kimia / Teknik Industri / Desain Produk, atau jurusan spesifik seperti Teknologi Industri Cetak Kemasan atau jurusan lain yang terkait.
  2. Memiliki pengalaman sebagai supervisor packaging development minimal 3 tahun untuk produk kosmetika atau produk FMCG lainnya
  3. Memiliki pengetahuan teknis tentang kemasan produk kosmetika
  4. Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan koordinasi yang baik secara lisan maupun tulisan
  5. Memiliki motivasi yang tinggi, inisiatif, cekatan, bertanggung jawab, ulet dan mau bekerja keras
  6. Memiliki kekampuan leadership yang baik
