As a Business Development Supervisor, you will drive the company's growth strategy by leading market expansion, establishing high-level partnerships, and developing new business opportunities within the Semarang City area and beyond. This role requires a strategic leader who can identify market potential, shape long-term business plans, and accelerate Pixelku's presence in the creative and packaging industry.

What You'll Do :
  • Lead and guide the Business Development team to achieve individual and team sales targets within the Semarang City area
  • Develop and implement effective market penetration strategies, especially for scaling in Semarang City area
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and MSME communities in the region
  • Monitor market trends in Semarang City identify new business opportunities and customer needs
  • Provide coaching, training, and performance reviews to the BD team
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth client onboarding and project execution
Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales or business development experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
  • Experience in flexible packaging, printing, plastics, or FMCG industries is an advantage
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales/BD targets
  • Willing to work in Semarang City & surrounding areas
