Role Description

This is a contract-based on-site role for an Area Sales Supervisor, located in Semarang. The Area Sales Supervisor will oversee and manage sales activities within the region, including meeting sales targets, leading and training the sales team, and addressing customer needs. Among the responsibilities are conducting market analysis, developing sales strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong Team Management and Training skills to supervise, coach, and develop a sales team effectively
  • Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients and address their needs
  • Proven Analytical Skills to assess market trends and develop data-driven sales strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to set and achieve sales targets and work within a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage (Parts / Battery)
