Client Details: Japanese Building Materials Manufacturing
Job Description:
- Identify and approach new potential clients, including property developers, contractors, architects, constructions, etc
- Present and promote decorative paint and coating solutions to meet client needs.
- Achieve sales targets through proactive lead generation and client engagement
- Maintain relationships with customers by giving customer service and support, information and guidance to our range of products.
- Conduct group presentation to consultants such as architects and developers.
- Assist consultants in preparing for technical specification and tender documents for projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any related field
- Minimum 2 years in Sales/ Marketing related experiences
- Able to speak in English fluently
- Coming from any B2B Sales Client Acquisition background (Advertising, Agency, Consultant, Real Estate, etc)
- Plus Point: Having databases and experiences dealing with Residentials/ Developers/ Contractors/ Architectural Firms/ Interior Designers Firms, etc
- Proficient in Microsoft Words, Excel, and Power Point required
