Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree/Master's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Communications, Marketing, or similar field.
  • Minimum 5+ year of experience Beauty Industry.
  • Candidates with 4+ years of related industry experience may be eligible for the Manager position.
  • Experience working in or with offline retail stores (Guardian, Watsons, Sociolla, etc) is beneficial.
  • Broad knowledge of beauty products and trends.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fast learner, creative, able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, flexible, hardworking, and willing to work on-site.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willing to work on-site (WFO) at Cakung, Jakarta Timur.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating and executing impactful marketing campaigns to achieve specified targets.
  • Managing pricing strategy, product assortment, and stock availability across various sales platforms.
  • Building strong relationships with current and potential clients/partners.
  • Optimizing distributor performance.
  • Collaborating closely with our functional teams (operations, creative, warehouse, etc.) and external trade partners.
  • Identifying and pursuing new market opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Ensuring compliance with defined internal and external regulations; collaborating with platform's PIC and communicating updates within the internal team.
  • Generating and presenting weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
