Job Description

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans aligned with company goals
  • Drive sales performance by setting and monitoring team goals and KPIs.
  • Manage client relationships to maintain long-term partnerships.
  • Plan and oversee campaigns (digital, social media, email, etc.) to promote products/services
  • Create marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
  • Analyze sales and marketing data to assess effectiveness and ROI of campaigns.
  • Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Generate regular reports on sales performance, customer insights, and market trends.

Requirement

  • 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Results-driven and customer-focused mindset.
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms and CRM systems
