Job Description

  • Develop and manage MEP project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to meet project requirements
  • Manage and monitor project resources effectively
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans
  • Prepare regular progress reports for management and stakeholders
  • Lead and support a team of MEP planners and engineers
  • Resolve project issues throughout the project lifecycle

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP planning with strong project management exposure
  • Proficient in MS Project and Primavera P6 (mandatory); AutoCAD and Revit are a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage teams
  • PMP certification is required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
