Job Description
1. Conduct regular checks and inspections of critical systems, including power distribution, cooling systems, and IT equipment
2. Respond promptly to alarms, alerts, and other indicators of potential issues, and take appropriate corrective actions
3. Perform preventive maintenance tasks according to established schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and ensure system reliability
4. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues affecting data center operations
5. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical problems efficiently
6. Document all incidents, investigations, and resolutions in detail, maintaining accurate records for future reference

Qualifications:
1.Minimum 1 year of experience as an engineer in the data center industry.
2.Strong knowledge and understanding of data center operations, infrastructure, and best practices.
3.Proficient in troubleshooting, maintenance, and system monitoring within a data center environment.
4.Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced, goal-oriented setting.
5.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure system reliability and performance.
6.Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
7.Willingness to work in a shift-based schedule if required.
8.Relevant certifications (e.g., CDCP, CCNA, or equivalent) are a plus.
