Job Description:

  • Perform sales and account management of chemical products, mostly in Caustic Soda, Sodium Sulphate, and Soda Ash.
  • Develop and maintain close relationships with customers, distributors, and suppliers in East Kalimantan and nearby areas.
  • Execute marketing and sales strategies to achieve company targets as directed by the Head Office.
  • Conduct market development activities and identify new business opportunities in East Kalimantan and nearby regions.
  • Provide periodic market reports and competitor analysis to support management decisions.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Marketing, or Supply Chain Management, or other relevant fields.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience in the chemical or trading industry, preferably in Caustic Soda, Sodium Sulphate, or Soda Ash sales.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Currently based in Balikpapan.
  • Willing to travel within Kalimantan and other regions for client visits and business development.
