About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at PT Tekniktama Industri Mandiri, based in East Balikpapan, East Kalimantan. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our client base. This is a full-time position that offers excellent opportunities for professional development and career advancement.

What you'll be doing

  • Product knowledge: Understand the GEARBOX / GEAR REDUCER designs, applications, and technical specifications, effectively explain complex technical information to the customers
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Conducting market research to identify potential customers and understand their needs
  • Preparing and delivering persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients
  • Generating Enquires, Estimation, Offer-supports, Brand registration with customers, follow up on offers, and status update
  • Staying up to date with industry trends, competitors, and new products or services, Develo and implement marketing strategies for sale

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in Sales & Marketing of Mechanical Power Transmission Products / Electrical Products / Pumps & Valves / General Industrial Supplies.
  • Education: Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Marketing from reputed University.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers at all levels
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a results-driven mindset and also TRAVEL EXTENSIVELY in all around KALIMANTAN ISLAND.
  • Familiarity with the Sales Representatives/Consultants sub-industry and its market trends
