Job Description:
- Support the end-to-end workforce process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy throughout.
- Ensure updated and well-maintained records of employee attendance, payroll, and contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure recruitment and administrative processes run smoothly and align with company standards and client expectations.
- Conduct basic training or coaching for workers with the objective to improve their soft skills and enhance their performance.
Job Requirements
- Domicile in Jakarta, with the ability to work in a hybrid setup (remote and in-person as required).
- Experienced in recruitment, administration, or HR support roles is more favorable.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in handling records such as attendance, payroll, and employment contracts.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to coach workers to improve soft skills and performance
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail) and familiar with HR or administrative tools.
