Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or Business Administration.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in the HR field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Skilled in operating payroll systems.
Understands Coretax & Labor Regulations
Detail-oriented with strong accuracy.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and update employee records
Prepare HR-related documents such as contracts, letters, reports, etc.
Manage employee attendance, leave requests, and absences.
Support payroll process.
Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and preparing onboarding materials.
Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives.
