Role Summary
The Client Acquisition Specialist is responsible for converting warm inbound leads into patient bookings and supporting offline marketing events as an on-ground Akeso representative.
This role blends sales conversion, customer engagement, and event activation, making it a high-impact position within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Conversion
Proactively call and engage warm leads from various marketing channels (web inquiries, WhatsApp, social media, campaign forms, referrals).
- Clearly communicate Akeso's value proposition, address concerns, and guide prospective patients through their decision-making process.
Nurture leads and convert them into first-time patient bookings (primary KPI).
Appointment Scheduling
Schedule initial assessments accurately using Akeso's internal booking system.
Gather key patient information required for clinic preparation.
CRM Ownership
Maintain detailed records of all interactions in the CRM.
- Track lead status and ensure timely follow-ups for non-converted leads.
Organize and update lead pipelines for transparency and team collaboration.
Collaboration & Reporting
Work closely with Clinic Directors to improve conversion quality and prepare for patient arrivals.
- Coordinate with the Marketing team on lead quality, campaign performance, and insights.
Provide weekly reports on conversion rates, call volume, lead pipeline, and outcomes.
Offline Events & Activation
The role also includes supporting the Marketing team as Akeso's on-ground representative during offline events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the frontline representative, engaging visitors with professionalism and warmth.
- Capture leads from walk-ins, QR scans, conversations, and enquiries.
- Follow up and convert event leads into clinic bookings using the same structured process as online leads.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: 1+ years in sales, telemarketing, customer engagement, or event activation; healthcare/wellness experience is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and rapport-building skills.
- English : Capable in speaking english on basic conversations
- Sales Drive: Motivated, target-oriented, resilient, and comfortable with performance-based work.
- Professionalism: Empathetic, trustworthy, and able to handle patient information sensitively.
- Technical Skills: Familiar with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) and digital booking tools.
- Event Experience (preferred): Prior involvement in offline events, brand activation, or community engagement.
Compensation
- Competitive base salary based on experience.
- Uncapped incentive/commission for each successfully booked new patient (including event-generated leads).
