We are looking for a
Senior Client Acquisition Executive
who is highly driven, results-oriented, and fluent in English to strengthen our commercial team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles for sponsorship packages, executive roundtables, and enterprise events.
  • Identify, prospect, and engage senior-level decision-makers (C-level, VP, Directors).
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and follow-ups.
  • Understand client needs and position TEH Group's solutions accordingly.
  • Work closely with internal delivery teams to ensure smooth execution of sold projects.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates.

Requirements

  • Minimum
    3–5 years of B2B sales experience
    , preferably in events, SaaS, technology, or consulting.
  • Fluent in English
    (both written and spoken) – mandatory.
  • Strong ability to communicate with senior executives confidently and professionally.
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
  • High level of motivation, discipline, and resilience.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
