Senior Client Acquisition Executive
who is highly driven, results-oriented, and fluent in English to strengthen our commercial team.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles for sponsorship packages, executive roundtables, and enterprise events.
- Identify, prospect, and engage senior-level decision-makers (C-level, VP, Directors).
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and follow-ups.
- Understand client needs and position TEH Group's solutions accordingly.
- Work closely with internal delivery teams to ensure smooth execution of sold projects.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates.
Requirements
- Minimum
3–5 years of B2B sales experience
, preferably in events, SaaS, technology, or consulting. - Fluent in English
(both written and spoken) – mandatory. - Strong ability to communicate with senior executives confidently and professionally.
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
- High level of motivation, discipline, and resilience.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
