Main Responsibilities

1. Handle sales of domestic and international airline tickets.

2. Manage flight reservations using GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) or airline portals.

3. Provide customers with updated information on fares, schedules, and promotions.

4. Upsell travel products such as hotels, tour packages, travel insurance, and other related services.

5. Prepare quotations and travel proposals for individual and corporate clients.
6. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
7. Provide travel recommendations based on customer needs.
8. Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel vendors for booking requirements.
9. Ensure compliance with company SOPs and airline regulations.

General Responsibilities
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Qualifications

1. Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Tourism or Administration preferred.

2. At least 1 year of experience in ticketing (preferably with a travel agency).

3. Proficient in at least one GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).

4. Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.

5. Computer literate (Microsoft Office, email, booking systems).
