Main Responsibilities
1. Perform administrative data entry in accordance with Payroll Management Department policies and procedures.

2. Support the implementation of operational policies and procedures within the Payroll Management Department.

3. Manage the availability and accuracy of employee data in the payroll system as instructed by the supervisor.

4. Conduct preliminary verification of employee data prior to payroll system entry.

5. Carry out administrative tasks related to new hires, promotions, transfers, demotions, terminations, salaries, benefits, and changes in employee status.

6. Assist in the migration of employee attendance data into the payroll system.

7. Support the management of existing payroll system features to ensure smooth operations.

8. Assist in gathering data for employee demographic reports.

9. Assist in gathering data for labor cost budget vs. actual reports.

10. Assist in preparing data for the company's actuarial reports.

11. Support the availability of payroll system user guides through data input and verification.

General Responsibilities
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree from any major.

2. 0-2 years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or operational role.

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
