Main Responsibilities
1. Manage the sales process, including prospecting, negotiating, offering, and sales closing.
2. Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase sales.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

4. Ensure the monthly performance reports for chartered vessels are prepared accurately and submitted within the established deadlines.

5. Conduct freight offers and negotiations with customers.

6. Ensure that contracts are prepared correctly and in accordance with company standards.

7. Communicate and coordinate with the Operations Department to monitor the shipping process in line with the contract.

8. Maintain active communication and good relationships with customers.

9. Supervise and monitor the activities carried out by the chartering staff.

10. Report and be accountable for shipping activities to the Chartering Manager.

11. Ensure vessel employment is fulfilled and minimize vessel idle time.

12. Ensure that each vessel's Time Charter Equivalent (TCE) and revenue achieve the budgeted targets.

13 Participate as part of the QHSE team in preparing QHSE documentation.

14. Ensure all hazards, risks, and environmental aspects and impacts are identified and properly controlled in each work area.

15. Ensure that the MK3L system is implemented properly and effectively.

16. Commit to the development and implementation of the MK3L system.

General Responsibilities
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Qualifications

1. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, or related field.

2. Minimum 2 years of experience in the shipping industry.

3. Good understanding of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001.

4. Strong knowledge of vessel operations.

5. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
