General Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the implementation of the use of Non ISCC and ISCC products by ensuring ISCC ID, GHG emision Supplier, Total Certified product at Marsho Plant.
2. Together with PPIC Create a daily production plan in accordance with Master Production Schedule from PPIC.
3. Ensure consistency of production quality in accordance with the specified product specifications.
4. Responsible for everything that supports the smooth production at Marsho Plant to ensure the maximization of throughput of products produced.
5. Ensure that the existing CCP is properly monitored and corrective actions taken when any deviation is implemented correctly in accordance with the requirements in ISO document, HACCP Plan
6. Plan and ensure production and trial schedules according to PPIC MPS.
7. Minimize downgrade, flushing, & re-melt the product.
8. Plan and coordinate the preventive maintenance, modification and repair schedule at Marsho Plant.
9. Create and take responsibility for implementation and monitoring of annual budgets.
10. Ensure the accuracy of monthly and daily reports.
11. Create production performance along with analysis and recommendations at Marsho Plant.
12. Run Safety Regulation (SMK3) in accordance with applicable policy.
13. Ensure that the existing CCP is properly monitored and corrective actions taken when any deviation has been properly implemented in accordance with the requirements in the ISO document, HACCP Plan
14. Responsible for the implementation of subordinate discipline.
15. Responsible for employee development at Marsho Plant.
16. Responsible for the smoothness and accuracy of the SAP administration.
17. Responsible in maintaining and maintaining all work equipment. (equipment) and hygiene at the Marsho Plant site as a form of PRP implementation.
18. Verify the PRP and corrective action if there are deviations
19. Maintain and maintain the safety (safety) and cleanliness of the environment (environment) in the area of work, and tidiness documents that are the responsibility.
20. Running the implementation of quality management system (ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 22000: 2005, Halal, SMK3, ISCC system, RSPO, SMART D_Safe, OHSAS 18001, HACCP). Accompany the ISO Auditor and other Certificates in document audits, as well as audits at the Marsho plant.
21. Maintain confidentiality of all operating conditions and production process formulas.
