Job Description Summary :

Manage and coordinate the implementation of the production process at Marsho Plant to fulfill Master Production Schedule from PPIC.

Job Description :

  • Responsible for the implementation of the use of Non ISCC and ISCC products by ensuring ISCC ID, GHG emision Supplier, Total Certified product at Marsho Plant.
  • Together with PPIC Create a daily production plan in accordance with Master Production Schedule from PPIC.
  • Ensure consistency of production quality in accordance with the specified product specifications.
  • Responsible for everything that supports the smooth production at Marsho Plant to ensure the maximization of throughput of products produced.
  • Ensure that the existing CCP is properly monitored and corrective actions taken when any deviation is implemented correctly in accordance with the requirements in ISO document, HACCP Plan
  • Plan and ensure production and trial schedules according to PPIC MPS.
  • Minimize downgrade, flushing, & re-melt the product.
  • Plan and coordinate the preventive maintenance, modification and repair schedule at Marsho Plant.
  • Create and take responsibility for implementation and monitoring of annual budgets.
  • Ensure the accuracy of monthly and daily reports.
  • Create production performance along with analysis and recommendations at Marsho Plant.
  • Run Safety Regulation (SMK3) in accordance with applicable policy.
  • Ensure that the existing CCP is properly monitored and corrective actions taken when any deviation has been properly implemented in accordance with the requirements in the ISO document, HACCP Plan
  • Responsible for the implementation of subordinate discipline.
  • Responsible for employee development at Marsho Plant.
Job Requirement:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Chemistry, Engineering (Chemical) or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Engineering - Chemical or equivalent.
