Main Responsibilities
1. Collect and analyze market data and trends to assist in development of sales and marketing strategies.
2. Communicate with customers to answer customer's questions, provide information, and evaluate their needs.
3. Manage marketing content, including advertising materials, brochures and other promotional materials.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
5. Promote and sell products such as Lube Oil, Marine Paints, and Cleaning Chemicals.
6. Identify new customer prospects while maintaining good relationships with existing clients.
7. Prepare regular visit plans and sales reports for management.
8. Provide customers with basic technical information about products and support after-sales services.
9. Assist the team in preparing price quotations, contracts, and other supporting documents.
10. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support sales strategies.
General Responsibilities
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
Job Specification :
1. Minimum Bachelor's degree (preferably in Marketing, Management, or Engineering).
2. 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, particularly in the maritime, oil & chemical, or paints sector.
3. Fresh graduates with high motivation are welcome to apply.
4. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
