Main Responsibilities
1. Manage the sales process, including prospecting, negotiating, offering, and sales closing.
2. Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase sales.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

4. Lead and oversee daily fuel and lube oil supply and trading operations to ensure product availability and timely delivery.

5. Develop and implement trading strategies to optimize profit margins, manage risk, and maintain efficient inventory levels.

6. Build and sustain relationships with suppliers, traders, and operational partners to support smooth commercial activities.

7. Monitor market trends and coordinate pricing, contracts, and logistics with related departments.

8. Provide direction and performance oversight to the Supply & Trading team to achieve operational and business objectives.

General Responsibilities
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

2. Minimum 1 years of experience in oil, oil lube, marine paint, or energy trading.

3. Strong understanding of commodity trading principles, fuel supply chain, and market dynamics.

4. Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

5. Proven leadership and team management capability.

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or trading software.

7. Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
