System Engineer/Safety Engineer/Field Engineer

System Engineer Responsibilities:

1. Quality Control & Rectification: Develop product quality control plans based on the current status of the Division's quality management, and work with relevant departments to ensure the normal implementation of rectification work.
2. Documentation: Develop and revise the procedure documents of the Division as required.
3. Statistical Analysis: Complete the statistical analysis of the quality goals of the Division, and track the improvement of indicators that do not meet the quality and process performance standards.
4. Internal Auditing & Compliance: Promote the Division's quality management system; formulate various internal audit plans (including mass production audit plans), and supervise the rectification of non-conformities.
5. Continuous Improvement: Responsible for the publicity and promotion of the Division's quality culture activities and the continuous improvement activities (QCC) of the Division.

System Engineer Requirements:

1. Location: Subang, Indonesia.
2. Education: Bachelor's Degree.
3. Major: Mechatronics, Vehicle Engineering, or Electronic Information Engineering.
4. Experience: 0–3 years of professional experience (suitable for entry-level or junior candidates).
5. Job Category: Quality.
6. Language (English): Intermediate proficiency is required.

Safety Engineer Responsibilities:

1. Compliance & Agreements: Responsible for the signing and implementation of the safety responsibility agreement. Implement fire safety and confidentiality work in the park, and assess the completion of safety goals for each phase.
2. Inspections & Audits: Organize and plan factory safety inspections and supervise the implementation. Summarize problems in safety management, such as illegal operations and violations of discipline.
3. Engineering Review: Review the safety measures of the engineering design of new construction, reconstruction, and expansion, as well as the design, transformation of new equipment, and the change plan of engineering equipment.
4. Risk Mitigation: Check the review and implementation process of the safety measures plan and promote the rectification of hidden dangers (hazards).
5. Safety Activities: Planning and implementing various types of safety activities, such as safety fire drills, safety theme activities, and risk source identification.
6. Incident Management: Supervise the investigation of safety incidents, complexity, or safety accident reports, and establish files for accident information.

Safety Engineer Requirements:

1. Location: Subang, Indonesia.
2. Education: Bachelor's Degree.
3. Major: Mechanical Manufacturing, Automation, or Automotive Manufacturing.
4. Experience: 1–3 years of professional experience in safety engineering, HSE, or a related field.
5. Job Category: HSE.

Field Engineer Responsibilities:

1. Technical Support & Quality: Improve designing, tooling, and auxiliary tools. Handle technical issues that arise on site, and assist in resolving various quality issues.
2. Problem Solving & Experimentation: Handle all kinds of problems that occur on site. Conduct experiments on new materials, provide technical support on site, and take charge of the reception and explanation of the workshop.
3. Data Collection & Reporting: Responsible for collecting, summarizing, and providing feedback on daily production progress data of production projects.
4. Documentation & Traceability: Responsible for the preparation of material traceability-related record forms and the regular drafting of production summary reports.
5. Performance Assessment: Responsible for the collection of working time data, yield statistics, and assessment of various processes in the workshop.

Field Engineer Requirements:

1. Location: Subang, Indonesia.
2. Education: Bachelor's Degree.
3. Major: Mechatronics, Vehicle Engineering, or Electronic Information Engineering.
4. Experience: 0–3 years of professional experience (suitable for entry-level/junior engineers).
