About the role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer - Gas Engine to join our talented team at PT Cikarang Listrindo, Tbk' in North Cikarang, West Java. This full-time position will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our gas-powered electrical generation facilities.

What you'll be doing

  1. Overseeing the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of electrical systems and components within our gas engine power plants
  2. Designing and implementing electrical upgrades and modifications to improve reliability and performance
  3. Conducting regular inspections and evaluations of electrical infrastructure to identify potential issues
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to coordinate maintenance activities and resolve technical challenges
  5. Staying up-to-date with the latest electrical engineering standards, technologies, and industry best practices
  6. Providing technical guidance and mentorship to more junior members of the engineering team

What we're looking for

  1. A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer, preferably in the gas engine power plants
  3. Strong understanding of electrical system design, installation, and maintenance for gas-fired power plants
  4. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and specifications
  5. Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
  6. Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional teams
  7. Familiarity with relevant electrical safety regulations and best practices
