Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and monitor daily electrical installation works, including power distribution systems, lighting, grounding, cable routing, and control panels, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
  • Review and interpret As-Built and Construction Drawings (stereometric and isometric) to ensure accurate execution of electrical works.
  • Coordinate with other departments (Mechanical, Civil, HVAC, and Instrumentation) to ensure smooth project progress and resolve technical or interface issues.
  • Conduct inspections and testing of electrical installations (continuity, insulation resistance, functional tests) to verify system integrity and quality.
  • Ensure materials and equipment used on site meet technical specifications and are properly handled and installed.
  • Supervise subcontractors and electrical technicians to ensure productivity, discipline, and adherence to project schedules.
  • Prepare and submit daily progress reports, site activity logs, and quality checklists to the Project Engineer or Project Manager.
  • Assist in the testing and commissioning of electrical systems, documenting test results and ensuring readiness for handover.
  • Enforce strict compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations and promote safe working practices on site.
  • Identify and report design or field discrepancies and propose corrective actions in coordination with engineering teams.
  • Participate in coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to address project issues and progress.
  • Support preparation of project documentation, including inspection reports, as-built data, and operation manuals for project handover.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Physical Engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Air Conditioning) contracting or construction projects.
  • Age: Maximum 35 years old.
  • Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Health: Physically fit, with no history of asthma and a good medical record.
  • Location: Domiciled in JABODETABEK, and ready to be assigned to project sites across Indonesia.
  • Documents: Must attach SKS (Surat Keterangan Sehat).
