QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Architecture.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing/Water Systems, Building/Civil Works, and Utility Equipment.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Conduct inspections of electrical systems, water piping, and overall building systems.
  • Develop a maintenance schedule for machines and facilities to prevent breakdowns (e.g., AC servicing, water pump checks, electrical panel inspections).
  • Perform immediate repairs when damage occurs to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Prepare budget calculations for building construction and facility development.
  • Create and monitor maintenance budgets.
  • Supervise, guide, and manage the maintenance team/staff to ensure effective and timely execution of tasks.
