POSITION: BUILDING MAINTENANCE (BM) & CONSTRUCTION SPECIALIST

LOCATION: DELTAMAS, CIKARANG

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree of Civil Engineering, or any major related construction and building maintenance.

  • Deep understanding about design, construction, building maintenance.

  • Experience min. 3 years in the same position.

  • Good command of spoken and written English.

  • Able to operate Ms Office (Ms Excel, Ms Power point, Ms Word).

  • Good problem-solving abilities, good communication and interpersonal skills, able to resolve conflict.

  • Willing to travel for business (Jakarta-Cikarang).

  • Willing to be placed in Cikarang (Deltamas) area.

  • Available to Join ASAP.

  • With Expectation Salary 7,5-8mio.

Responsibilities:

  • Planning and Monitoring project budget.

  • Preparing construction planning and sites, materials, and tools.

  • Accomplishing project by defining the scope and resources required.

  • Performing routine maintenance on facilities and making repairs as needed.

  • Monitoring performance of sub-contractors.

  • Handle all interruptions and complaints client.

  • Estimation, bidding, negotiation and purchase for things related to building maintenance and construction needs.
