We are seeking a talented and experienced Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Sumitomo Electric Group Located in Cikarang Pusat, Jawa Barat.

In this pivotal role, you will oversee the efficient and effective operation of our manufacturing facilities, ensuring smooth production flow, optimizing processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will report directly to Production Head and management and play a key role in achieving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Control quantity output and and total working hour for achieve target productivity
  • Generate ideas, implement changes in processes to increase efficiency, improve safety & quality, reduce cost and improve employees morale
  • Coordinate with support departments (PPIC, Maintenance, Process Engineering, Quality, Development)
  • Make an evaluation of employee performance
  • Make an report from analyzes data both daily, weekly and monthly
  • Engaging & motivating, direct and coaching subordinates to reach the target and grow up the skill.
  • Implement and maintain systems / procedures to ensure compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 14949
  • Responsibility of Health, Safety & Environment on the production line

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Manufacturing company,
  • Have good knowledge about maintain and process production machine such as stamping/forging/Casting machine/Compacting
  • Proficient in English, with the ability to prepare reports and conduct daily conversations.
  • Strong Leadership, Technical Drawing skill
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Software CAD, English language
  • Proactive, open minded, problem solver, and team player
