Responsibilities:

  1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on battery assembly machines and production equipment.
  2. Develop and implement improvement projects to enhance production efficiency.
  3. Troubleshoot issues related to automation machines, conveyors, robotic systems, and assembly equipment.
  4. Prepare technical documentation and maintenance reports.
  5. Collaborate with Production, and Quality teams to ensure stable and reliable production processes.
  6. Ensure all activities comply with safety standards and manufacturing regulations in battery production.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  2. Priority
    is given to candidates with experience in
    debugging Siemens PLC and KUKA robots
    .
  3. Minimum 2 years of working experience in maintenance/engineering within a manufacturing industry (preferably in battery assembly, automotive, or electronics).
  4. Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, CNC, automation, and robotic assembly systems.
  5. Proficient in reading and creating engineering drawings (AutoCAD/Inventor/SolidWorks).
  6. Familiar with TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and continuous improvement principles.
  7. Basic understanding of EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) in battery manufacturing.
  8. Good communication verbal and written in both English and Chinese (advantage)
  9. Willing to be placed in Klapanunggal - Bogor.
