  • Strong leadership skills (mentoring, motivate, and inspire cross-functional teams)
  • exceptional ability to craft and execute strategic marketing and creative initiatives to elevate sales revenue on Retail Online
  • excellent communication and stakeholders management.

Responsibility :

  • Create & Implement sales plan and strategy to support of LASKALA'S GROUP brand
  • Responsible for total brand management including brand growth, product development, inventory management, budget management, planning of promotion activities, and achieving of sales target through E-commerce, Advertise (Meta Ads, Tiktok Ads, Cpas), CRM, Livestreaming
  • responsible for winning market competition, evaluating and creating innovation programs to increase sales of the selected brand product.
  • Monitor marketing campaigns & activities for further development or innovation.
