We are seeking a dynamic and experienced "Head of Township Management". As the Head of Township Management, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, managing the team, and driving business growth in the local real estate market.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate agents and administrative staff.
  • Drive the achievement of sales targets and revenue goals for the branch.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, both buyers and sellers.
  • Stay updated on local real estate market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Ensure efficient office operations, including compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand the branch's market share and client base.
  • Prepare regular reports on branch performance and provide updates to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Real Estate, including Sales and Township Management roles.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Knowledge of local real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
  • Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Goal-oriented and results-driven mindset.
