Responsibilities:

  • Sales & GMV Growth: Develop campaign strategies and optimize categories & pricing for healthy NMV & margin.
  • Channel Management: Manage official store accounts, catalogs, and promotions.
  • Performance Marketing: Optimize Shopee & TikTok Ads, monitor CTR, CVR, ROAS, and cost/GMV ratio.
  • Data & Analytics: Create daily/weekly reports and analyze competitors for improvement recommendations.
  • Team Supervision: Lead admin teams, coordinate with warehouses, finance, and marketing, and train operational teams.
  • Live Streaming & Affiliate: Determine live streaming strategies and manage affiliate partnerships.
  • Stakeholder & Platform Relation: Negotiate with Shopee & TikTok for campaign placements and special promos.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Management.
  • 3-5 years in e-commerce FMCG/retail online with sales, and had experience
  • Expertise in Shopee Seller Center, TikTok Seller Center, and Ads Manager.
  • Data analysis skills (Excel/Google Sheets/SQL/BI tools).
  • Understanding of inventory management, voucher, and CRM Shopee/TikTok.
  • Strong Leadership Skills, able to lead teams of 5-15 people.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
  • High agility and adaptability.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Result-driven with experience working with large targets.
