About the role

Damai Putra Group is seeking an experienced
MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) Manager
to join our team in Bekasi, West Java. This is a full-time role focusing on the management, operation, and maintenance of MEP infrastructure across our landed residential areas. You will be responsible for ensuring that all utility systems and facilities run efficiently, safely, and reliably to support residents and township operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Overseeing day-to-day operation and maintenance of MEP infrastructure (electrical network, water supply, plumbing, pump stations, street lighting, STP/WTP, hydrants, genset).
  • Planning and executing preventive and corrective maintenance programs for residential areas.
  • Supervising vendors, contractors, and technicians in maintaining utility and infrastructure systems.
  • Monitoring energy and water consumption, ensuring efficiency and reliability of supply.
  • Handling troubleshooting and responding to infrastructure-related issues reported by residents or estate teams.
  • Ensuring all systems comply with safety standards, environmental regulations, and company SOPs.
  • Managing budgets, resources, and materials for maintenance operations.
  • Preparing regular reports on MEP performance, maintenance schedules, and improvement initiatives.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in MEP maintenance, facility management, or township/estate operations.
  • Strong technical understanding of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems in residential or township settings.
  • Experience managing contractors and service providers for infrastructure maintenance.
  • Excellent problem-solving, planning, and communication skills.
  • Good leadership and coordination ability to work across departments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
