**About work**仕事内容について**:

- Review, calculate and estimate the design drawing Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing from consultant/developer team.
- To review the tender drawing MEP at the tender phase.
- To review and check the QS Consultant Estimation Cost.
- To review shop drawing & Monthly progress MEP in construction phase.
- To review and check the variation order MEP in construction phase.
- Prepare the study estimation cost for new possibilities new projects.
- Coordination with other disciplines (Structure & Architect).
