Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Sales General Trade representative based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The role involves expanding and maintaining relationships with general trade customers, identifying sales opportunities, and consistently achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities also include market analysis, overseeing distribution activities, and collaborating with the sales team to implement effective strategies. The individual will act as a vital link between the company and its trade partners, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and successful product distribution.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship-building skills
  • Market analysis, distribution management, and strategy implementation abilities
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive attitude, goal-oriented mindset, and ability to work under pressure
  • Prior experience in the consumer goods or general trade industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is beneficial
