Job Description:

  • Work closely with sales area team & distributor team on day to day basis to ensure full alignment of planning and execution
  • Daily checking & to produce timely & valid weekly / monthly / project report
  • Create and Lead Promotion Strategy for selected customer / channels
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales promotions and provide feedback for improvement
  • Ensure POSM materials are delivered on time.
  • Lead GT & Local MT Visibility Implementation & Tracking to meet execution as per target
  • Lead Activation Projects as sales target & budget
  • Reporting : Submits necessary reports periodically; meets deadlines and abides by the route plans

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in business administration, marketing or other related disciplines
  • At least 3 years experiences as Trade Marketing Supervisor  in FMCG (preferably the one who is experienced in General Trade & Local Modern Trade accounts)
  • Numerical analysis: Analytics and reporting expertise
  • Ability to work well with a team across multiple departments
  • Willing to travel across Indonesia
