Role Overview

FORE Coffee is expanding its Bulk Order & Events business (weddings, corporate events, sports events, exhibitions). We are looking for a highly driven Trade Marketing & Event Partnerships Manager to build partnerships, create event pipelines, manage pricing/packages, and unlock new revenue streams.

You will be the commercial driver behind FORE's event business.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Partnerships

● Build and manage a strong bulk-order & events pipeline (weddings, corporate, government,

sports, fairs).

● Develop partnerships with Wedding Organizers (WO), Event Agencies, venues, campuses,

and government institutions.

● Negotiate commercial schemes and maintain long-term partner relationships.

Trade Marketing & Offer Development

● Design promotions, activations, and trade programs to grow event sales.

● Periodically refine pricing, packages, and offerings to stay competitive.

● Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, co-branding, and digital presence for event-related

offerings.

Reporting & Analytics

● Monitor sales performance, pipeline status, conversion rate, AOV, and event revenue.

● Provide monthly and quarterly forecasts to Strategy Director and CMO.

● Analyze competitor benchmarks and propose improvements.

Requirements:

● 5–7 years experience in trade marketing, partnerships, B2B sales, or events.

● Experience working with Wedding Organizers, Event Agencies, brand activations,

sponsorships, or food & beverage is a strong advantage.

● Strong negotiation skills and relationship-building ability.

● Comfortable working cross-functionally with Marketing, Ops, GA, SCM, Finance.

● Data-driven, structured, reliable in managing pipelines and forecasts.
