Job Description

  • Developing and implanting trade marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and supporting the sales and marketing team.
  • Monitoring the market trends, competitor's activities and customer insights to ensure the trade marketing strategies remain competitive and relevant.
  • Initiate and implement trade marketing programs and adjust the strategies as necessaries to meet the targets.
  • Ensuring the successful execution of the in-store operations in both GT and MT, including product launches, promotional events.
  • Working closely with other teams (including visual merchandising) to ensure consistent brand presence across the GT and MT.
  • Leading and collaborating with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product Development).
  • Leading and mentoring the high-performance team and fostering a collaborative and respectful culture.

Requirement

  • At least 10 years of working experience in sales / trade marketing / field sales, especially within the FMCG sector.
  • It will be great if you have working experience in MT / GT / distribution management, or you have experience in sales operation, and proven track record.
  • Master degree, or MBA from a top tier business school are optional, but Bachelor's from related degree is a must.
  • Not title minded, humble, low profile and wiling to roll up his/her sleeves.
  • Strong leadership with excellent influencing, communication and presentation skills.
