Tanggung Jawab Utama:

  • Menyusun & mengimplementasikan strategi pemasaran untuk ekspansi HORECA, modern trade, dan e-commerce.
  • Mengembangkan strategi omni-channel (retail, marketplace, social commerce, online shop).
  • Merancang & mengawasi kampanye promosi, digital marketing, event, serta aktivitas branding.
  • Bekerja sama dengan tim sales dalam menyusun strategi go-to-market untuk produk & kanal baru.
  • Melakukan riset pasar & analisis tren konsumen untuk menemukan peluang pertumbuhan.
  • Mengelola anggaran marketing & memastikan ROI optimal dari seluruh aktivitas.
  • Memimpin dan mengembangkan tim marketing lintas fungsi (digital, branding, trade).
  • Membangun hubungan strategis dengan mitra HORECA, retailer modern, marketplace, dan media.
  • Memberikan laporan kinerja dan rekomendasi strategi bisnis kepada Direksi.

Kualifikasi:

  • S1 Pemasaran, Bisnis, atau bidang terkait.
  • Usia Max 30 Th
  • 5 tahun pengalaman di marketing FMCG / F&B / distribusi daging.
  • Minimal 3 tahun di posisi manajerial (Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing / GM Marketing).
  • Berpengalaman dalam food service marketing & pengelolaan brand di sektor HORECA.
  • Menguasai digital & trade marketing, campaign planning, serta market analysis.
  • Memiliki jaringan luas di HORECA & modern trade.
  • Komunikatif, analitis, dan memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan yang kuat.
  • Aktif berbahasa Inggris (lisan & tulisan).
